Finding a comfortable balance and staying healthy in today's hectic world can be a challenge. But it doesn't have to be.

First step to health and well being is to understand what that means to each individual, finding what works for them and incorporate it in their current lifestyle.  It doesn't have to be a complex process. Half the battle is how to get started and stay motivated until it becomes a healthy habit.

 

We hear a lot about Life and Health Coaching these days which is a valuable asset for people to utilize. Deanne's approach is simply about educating the importance of Wholistic Health including Mind (mental/emotional), Body (physical) and Spirit (aligning with the higher self), and understanding that these aspects are not to be seperated, but to be united. If one aspect is out of sync, it can create chaos, disease and a lack of well-being.

Her approach is direct, yet compassionate, patient, and non judgemental. Her belief is that "We are all masters of our own evolution." This includes within herself which is what makes Deanne so approachable. Her life experiences make her an inspiration to many as she uses them as a gift to pass on to her students.
